ZF-JS-20 is a halogen-free, phosphorus-nitrogen (P-N) flame retardant formulated for multi-substrate applications across a broader range of polymer systems than specialised single-substrate products — making it a versatile flame-retardant solution for formulators working with multiple adhesive and coating chemistries.

Supplied as a white powder with Hunter whiteness of ≥97, active content of ≥98%, median particle size (d50) of 6–8 μm, and 325-mesh passage rate of ≥99.0%, ZF-JS-20 provides fine particle size and high purity that support clean incorporation into liquid formulation systems. RoHS and REACH compliance is confirmed.

ZF-JS-20 is compatible with epoxy resins, polyurethane systems, acrylic resins, and polyester inks — covering the major binder chemistries used in pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes, protective coatings, and industrial adhesives. Flame-retardant efficiency is high through the P-N mechanism, with good dispersibility and compatibility preserving adhesive performance, coating appearance, and bond strength in the finished product.

Suitable for flame-retardant PSA tapes, functional coatings, industrial adhesive systems, and specialty ink applications requiring halogen-free fire performance across diverse substrate types.
