ZF-V20 is an economical eco-friendly composite flame retardant specifically developed as an antimony trioxide (ATO) replacement in PVC film flame-retardant systems, meeting the requirements of RoHS and REACH environmental directives.

Supplied as a white powder with Hunter whiteness of ≥96, median particle size (d50) of 4–6 μm, and moisture content of ≤0.5%, ZF-V20 integrates cleanly into PVC film compounding processes without disturbing processing windows or finished product appearance. The product significantly improves flame retardancy and anti-drip performance in PVC film while maintaining excellent thermal stability and processability throughout extrusion and calendering operations.

By replacing antimony trioxide with ZF-V20, formulators eliminate regulatory exposure associated with antimony compounds while maintaining the flame-retardant synergy required for film applications. This combination of environmental compliance, cost efficiency, and processing performance makes ZF-V20 a practical and commercially competitive solution for PVC film flame-retardant formulations.

Compatible with PVC film systems across a range of plasticiser types and flame-retardant loadings. Technical support is available for formulation transition from ATO-based systems.
