ZF-V80 is a non-toxic, eco-friendly high-efficiency antimony-synergist composite flame retardant for PVC applications, designed as a compliant and cost-effective alternative to antimony trioxide in halogen-containing flame-retardant systems under RoHS and REACH regulations.

With an Sb₂O₃ content of ≥34.5%, Hunter whiteness of ≥95, and median particle size (d50) of 3–5 μm, ZF-V80 delivers the antimony-synergist flame-retardant mechanism in an improved product form. The non-corrosive nature of ZF-V80 protects processing equipment, while its excellent dispersibility and compatibility with PVC matrices enable direct integration into established compounding and moulding processes without the need for parameter adjustments.

Thermal stability is high throughout typical PVC processing temperatures, ensuring no decomposition or discolouration that could affect compound quality. Flame retardancy, physical properties, and processing behaviour of the PVC compound remain equivalent to those of systems formulated with conventional antimony trioxide.

A practical and commercially sound choice for compounders seeking to transition from ATO while maintaining full technical performance in their PVC flame-retardant formulations.
