ZF-V70 is a non-toxic, eco-friendly composite flame retardant and high-performance synergist for PVC flame-retardant systems, formulated to serve as a direct replacement for antimony trioxide while complying with RoHS and REACH environmental regulations.

Supplied as a white powder with Hunter whiteness of ≥95, Sb₂O₃ content of ≥34.5%, and a median particle size (d50) of 3–5 μm, ZF-V70 maintains the antimony-synergist mechanism while delivering improved compliance and handling characteristics versus raw ATO. Thermal stability is excellent, with no corrosive action on processing equipment. Good dispersibility and compatibility with PVC matrices ensure seamless integration into existing compounding lines without processing parameter adjustments.

Flame retardancy, physical properties, and processability of the PVC compound are maintained at equivalent levels to those achieved with traditional antimony trioxide. ZF-V70 is therefore a technically sound, regulatory-compliant, and cost-competitive choice for formulators evaluating ATO replacement strategies in standard PVC applications.

Recommended for use in PVC insulation compounds, film, and flexible PVC applications where synergistic flame-retardant performance is required alongside environmental compliance.
