ZF-JS-10 is a halogen-free intumescent flame retardant designed for fireproof coating systems, acrylic adhesives, and polyurethane-based formulations, delivering high flame-retardant efficiency through an intumescent charring mechanism that does not rely on halogenated chemistry.

Supplied as a white powder with Hunter whiteness of ≥97, active content of ≥98%, median particle size (d50) of 6–8 μm, and 325-mesh passage rate of ≥99.5%, ZF-JS-10 provides a high degree of particle fineness that supports smooth flow in liquid coating systems and uniform film formation without surface defects. RoHS and REACH compliance is confirmed.

Upon heat exposure, ZF-JS-10 promotes the formation of an expanded intumescent char layer that acts as a physical thermal barrier, insulating the substrate from heat and limiting flame spread. Dispersibility and compatibility with acrylic and polyurethane binder systems are excellent, enabling direct incorporation into existing coating and adhesive manufacturing processes without specialised equipment.

Suitable for architectural fireproof coatings, steel structure protection coatings, pressure-sensitive adhesive systems, and industrial adhesive applications where both fire performance certification and coating quality must be achieved simultaneously.
